The global pop icon wrapped up Day 1 of the music fest with an electrifying set at Mahalaxmi Racecourse, but it wasn’t just about the music—he also gave a massive shoutout to Team India ahead of the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy final against New Zealand.

Rolling up on stage around 8:30 PM in a chill tee and pants, Mendes quickly switched things up, rocking the Indian cricket team’s blue jersey with ‘Virat’ and number 18 on the back. And just like that, the crowd lost it—chants of “Kohli! Kohli! Kohli!” echoed through the venue.
