It is a myth to change, or to make a habit in twenty-one days, actually, it takes a lot, but where it is the most stubborn age, it is the most mature one also, maturely certain habits should be formed, for the healthy lifestyle some are:
Handle Dark Circles

Under-eye dark circle is an enemy for the one who enters forty. Stress, pain, responsibilities, lack of good sleep, unhealthy diet, are some of the reasons for dark circles. Applying an eye cream as per the skin type, like every morning is a good habit.
Eat More Protein

Changing eating habits as per the age according to work out habits is essential, but protein is a must intake. Either exercise or yoga or walking for all types of work, eating a healthy diet containing protein, is required.
Always Have a Book in Progress

Either the novel or your self-goals book, you should always read a book in the process. It will not only improve your literate skills but also will give you topics for the initiation of a conversation which will make you more presentable.
Travel

Travel a lot and pouch-up the memories in your mind in your gallery and feel live. Time with nature makes you healthier so, spend more time in traveling and exploring different places.
Make a Habit of Gratitude and communicate more with your partner
